Here is the example mentioned in my first post concerning Chinese construction and motivation. The first image was taken in early September 2011, and as you can see, there are no foundations yet for a building. The second image was taken on the afternoon of November 5th 2011 (please ignore any dates on the images themselves-my camera needs adjusting!), and by studying the photo, you can see (above the surrounding partition) a first floor being constructed, indicating the foundations have been laid and construction on the ground floor of the building has progressed.
The third picture I took around 4.30 p.m. today, which is November 28th, 2011. You can see how much work has been done to the building’s shell-2 new floors are also in existence in addition to the first floor that was under construction last post. A lot has changed in 23 days!
